Our team has a wide experience in regards to accommodating University students. We have been doing so for over 10 years, some of us have children of our own who have gone to University and some of us have first-hand experience. We are a small family business, so there is always someone available in the office you can speak with if you have any concerns, issues, general enquiries or just want a cup of tea to take 5 minutes out.
We are here to make sure that all students are supported in all their accommodation needs. Our experience and good relationship with the University and the Students Union means that we are able to advise and help with any issues that may arise. This could be anything from money issues to not quite getting along with your housemates. We are always in the office for you to come and speak with us and will try our very best to assist you in any way we can. We also operate a 24/7 emergency call out, which is manned by a family member, so there is always someone on hand to speak with.
We are recognised as a Trusted Landlord by the City of Lincoln Council as well as an Accredited Landlord by the University of Lincoln. Regular inspections of our properties are carried out by the above and as well as checking out safety records yearly etc. We are also part of the PRS, Property Redress Scheme, so if any issues were to arise there is a professional body in place to aid either party.
