Key Collection

All house contracts have now started.

Saul House and Hayes House contract start on the 5th September 2018. You can collect keys from our office at Saul House on the 5th from 9am – 5pm.

If you haven’t collected your keys already for your house or you cannot make it on the contract start date for the halls of residence, please see below the options of how to;

• Our office at Saul House is open Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 4.30pm for key collections
• We will be open Saturday 15^th September 11am – 3pm for further key collections
• If you are unable to collect your keys or are coming at a weekend or evening and you want someone else to pick them up for you; you must do the following;

• • Ensure the person collecting the keys is another APS tenant
  • Send an email to stacey@aps-properties.com to confirm who you would like to collect your keys
  • In the email please do not forget to mention which house you are going into and which bedroom you will be taking as we do need to issue keys for a bedroom
